You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes.
Payment Options & Pricing
- All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
- You’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus VAT and shipping/courier charges.
- JK Products reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Information:
South Africa:
JK Products offers fast delivery to any town in South Africa through the Courier Guy, big or small parcels. They deliver direct to your door or office. Overnight delivery is just 1 – 2 days! However please do allow 2 – 3 days for delivery as sometimes it can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. This is out of our control. Some cities are outlying areas which can affect delivery times.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Returns & Refund Policy:
Thank you for shopping at JK Products.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase: Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The original invoice is required for all returns
- Item(s) must be in original unopened packaging
- The product is in its original packaging and has not been used
- Certain non-stocking/special order items may not be returnable
- You must contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item

Return shipping charges:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
Returns on items with free shipping will be refunded for the purchase price less the shipping cost originally incurred to send you the items
Damaged items:
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
